As a member of the DSA, you have the opportunity to utilize 5 sessions per month of coaching. Each session is 30 minutes. We get on, go to it and get off. Point being is small bits of action that you can execute. AND anyone on your team can use a session, or combine people on a session.
Whatever it takes to get the result. If your manager needs help with insurance, get her on the call. Hygienist needs to talk with someone? Let’s do it. They are your sessions.





While not a formal difference, for the sake of clarity, it will be important to distinguish between the terms “coaching” and “consulting”. Both have an important place in helping businesses succeed. At the Dental Science Alliance we see it like this:
“Consulting” often comes in the form of a routine meeting, on a monthly cadence. These meetings provide massive amounts of information with long term action plans.
“Coaching”, as it will be done in the DSA, will be small bits of digestible information that makes it easy to execute and on YOUR schedule. Action plans created and a head coach to walk with you and hold you accountable. Our theory is similar to the old adage, how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
